Shipping & Delivery: We use Royal Mail for the majority of our deliveries, if an item needs special delivery we will use a courier and all shipping costs are agreed prior to shipping to the customer.
Privacy & Security: We take our customers details very seriously and all details are totally secure. Ripley Guitars do not share any customer details with any other 3rd Party Marketing Companies and we do not send unsolicited emails.
Returns & Replacements: We pride themselves on our high quality customer service. If you need to return an item to us be rest assured we will deal with the return as quickly & professionally as possible. Ordering: Currently all ordering is done via our showroom on 01483 212801, we will add online shopping facilities later this year.
